About Alessandro
Alessandro was born in Catania, Sicily, in 1991, and from an early age, he harbored a deep passion for animals and nature. Following his studies in Environmental Biology, he pursued a Ph.D., though ultimately didn't complete it. However, during this time, he discovered his love for photography and videography, teaching himself the craft to capture and convey the world's beauty without words, solely through the lens of his camera. Alessandro is not only a photographer but also an avid diver, with one of his greatest dreams being to photograph the majestic creatures he adores: whales. His travels have taken him across Europe, and in 2022, he made a pivotal decision to leave his teaching job and relocate to Australia to embark on his photography project, following the pandemic period. All of his projects are self-financed through various jobs he has undertaken throughout Europe and Australia. With nearly eight years of experience in photography, Alessandro has honed his unique style, which he eagerly shares with others through masterclasses, presets, and a shop featuring his prints. Nature photography, he believes, is the most challenging yet rewarding form of the craft, requiring patience, a keen eye, and a dash of luck to capture those elusive moments in the wild.
