This tour is specifically designed for dedicated photographers. Due to the unpredictable weather conditions and the extended waiting periods required to capture the perfect shot, participants should be prepared for a challenging yet rewarding experience. Patience, adaptability, and a passion for photography are essential to make the most of this journey.

The workshop includes lessons where the photography tour leader will explain the basics of photography techniques. Afterward, we’ll head into the field to practice. At the end of the day, we’ll gather to review all the photos, discuss potential mistakes, suggest improvements, and finish with a final session focused on post-production.

The locations will vary, offering new experiences each day.

The accommodations have been carefully selected to provide essential services and absolute comfort after a busy day. Rooms will be shared and assigned based on gender.

Bringing a zoom or superzoom lens is highly recommended, ideally something in the range of 100-400mm or 150-600mm. The photography tour leader will be happy to lend you a lens if needed and teach you the best practices for wildlife photography.
Your laptop is essential for our post production sessions after the day spent taking pictures. Two hard drivers are also highy recommended for storing you pictures and one for backup.

We always advice insurances for every kind of travels or experiences, for personal reasons or personal items.

INVOICING
The Fania Adventures Tours and Alessandro Tringale hereby agrees to Invoice the Client, well in advance of the
Safari according to the quotations and pricing schedules agreed between the Parties. The
confirmed Accommodations, all ground arrangements and agreed final pricing for the
services being provided has been invoiced.
Invoicing Elements: –
The Planner will invoice the Client, for the following services: –
Meet and Greet Services On Arrival
All airport transfers
Cool Box with water throughout the trip
Lunch on last day in Nairobi
Game Drives: Amboseli N. Park & Maasai Mara Game Reserve
All park fees /Concession fees as per the itinerary
Meal and accommodation as per itinerary

Ground transportation in a 4×4 safari vehicle equipped with electric sockets and Bean
bags, Binocular, Guide books and professional English speaking Driver guide
Maasai Village Visit
AMREF Flying doctor insurance card for emergency – (evacuation only)
Safari Hat.
**Note: As the travel dates for the Client’s group are in Peak Season and Hotel rates are dynamic, the
Planner cannot guarantee to retain the same prices and availability of the hotels at quotation stage, and
without having received a deposit from the Client tohold the reservations. It is therefore highly advised
that the Client places a deposit with the Fania Adventures Tours at the earliest possible opportunity in
order that Fania Adventures Tours may secure the reservations at the Clients preferred
accommodations.
PAYMENT TERMS
Kenya Spectacular 8 Days 7 Nights
A deposit of 40% is required at the time of booking confirmation (confirmation must
be not less than 3 months before travel dates), The final balance is due 45 days before
the commencement of the tour program. If the reservation is made within 45 days of departure the whole amount must be paid at the time of confirmation.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event that the Client, for whatsoever reason, has to cancel the Safari the following
terms will apply: –
All cancellations must be received in writing. As all suppliers charge cancellation fees, they
are in turn passed on to us. Reservations that are canceled, reduced in length of stay, or
reduced in the number of occupancy are subject to cancellation and no-show fees charged
by suppliers which then will be advised to you. Refunds from service providers can take up
to 3 months to process. Fania Adventures Tours will not offer cash or credit card refunds
unless we have the refund back from the suppliers. Future Credits will have their own terms
and conditions subject to cancellation and will be provided once the credit has been
processed.
Below is our guideline for Cancellations:
a) 100 % Payment of the total Invoice is required 45 days from the date of arrival.
b) Any booking canceled or reduced in numbers between 120 to 86 days before your
date of arrival leads to a 95% refund of the total invoice.
c) Any booking canceled or reduced in numbers between 85 to 66 days before your
date of arrival leads to a 70% refund of the total invoice.
d) Any booking canceled or reduced in numbers between 65 to 46 days before your
date of arrival leads to a 65% refund of the total invoice.
e) Any booking canceled or reduced in numbers between 45 Days before your date of
arrival leads to a No refund of the total invoice.
f) In the case of force Majeure/Covid 19, outbreak preventing travel for this Safari, the
reservation may be changed to a later date in agreement with hotel and service.

COVID-19 RELATED CANCELLATION
If the Client has to cancel the Safari for reasons of a Covid-19 outbreak causing a disruption
to flight services or availability of the Accommodations or because of a government
directive, then the Planner will advise the Client on the respective Covid policies of the
service providers in force at that time, and arrangementswill be made to postpone the Safari
based on these policies, the details of which will be relayed to the Client by the Planner.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
We consider adequate travel insurance to be essential. Travel insurance is widely available
to purchase. It is the personal responsibility of each traveler to ensure that they have adequate
travel insurance cover. Fania Adventures Tours will not be responsible or liable for any
consequence of any nature arising from the failure to comply with the responsibility of
providing for adequate travel insurance cover.
RESPONSIBILITY
Fania Adventures Tours is not responsible for any damages sustained by any guest as a
result of any act or omission whatsoever of any hotel, airline or other person,
notwithstanding the fact that Fania Adventures Tours acted as the agent of such hotel,
airline or other person.
ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Agent and guests are required to ensure that all such requirements are attended to as Fania Adventures Tours accepts no responsibility in this regard.

You have the possibility to have your private room with a supplement of 1016 USD just before the booking. Just contact us before you start your booking.
For any reason, it’s not possible to switch from single room to private after booking. 
GOVERNMENT TAXES AND LEVIES 
The rates above are inclusive of current levies & taxes
as of today, however, should there be any new statutory taxes introduced and/or increase of
any current levies by Government/statutory bodies the same shall be passed on to you.
Suppliers including game park authorities, airlines, hotels, lodges, and camps, reserve the
right to revise their prices due to changes in Government taxes/levies or change of
management or ownership or other unforeseeable circumstances.” If Government
reviews/increases the rates for Park entry fees, all will be passed on to you
LUGGAGE SPACE
Soft-sided luggage or duffels are preferable to hard luggage for storage
on safari vehicles within East Africa. Large suitcases of dimensions greater than 24″x 17″x
7″ are impossible to store in vehicles and on aircraft and should not be used. (Baggage and
personal effects are at the owner’s risk throughout the tour and baggage insurance for
members is strongly advised). Passengers should bring only soft-sided bags on safaris.
HEALTH
a) We strongly suggest that travelers take anti-malarial medication prior to
commencing travel to malarial destinations. Please consult your doctor/pharmacist for
specific medical advice.
b) Please note that if you are arriving into Kenya from a yellow fever zone then you
will need to provide proof to the Kenyan authorities that you have had a yellow fever
inoculation.
c) Clients with specific health problems or specific requirements must notify Fania
Adventures Tours in advance.
ETA (ELECTRONIC TRAVEL AUTHORIZATION) AND PASSPORT
All travelers, including infants and children (except citizens of Kenya and EAC partner
states) arriving in Kenya from 4th January 2024, are required to apply for ETA online via
http://www.etakenya.go.ke prior to their arrival
Please be advised of the below requirements for ETA applications:
Passport requirements – all traveler’s Valid passport (6-month validity from the date
of arrival in Kenya, with a minimum of one blank page)
Passport-style photo – Contact information (home address, email address and phone
number)
Itinerary details – Accommodation booking confirmation
Credit card, debit card able to pay for payment of $34 per person
Travelers are eligible to apply for ETAs within 3 months of their arrival date in Kenya.
Following application, a confirmation will be sent to the email address submitted in the
application. Upon approval, the ETA will be sent to the same email address.
Standard processing time for ETAs is three working days and the status of applications can
be checked at any time on the ETA website using the ETA reference number.
All previous visa entry requirements for Kenya are now replaced by the requirement of ETAs.
All e-visas currently in process will be issued and travelers with existing e-visas will be
granted access to Kenya within the validity period of 90 days, without the additional
requirement of an ETA.
PASSPORTS / VISAS / IMMUNISATIONS
Fania Adventures Tours does not provide advice regarding passports and/or visas. However,
all guests are required to carry a passport usually valid for 6 months after final day of travel,
and any necessary visas. Please contact your nearest consulate for the most up to date
information regarding visas. We however provide VISA facilitation services if you’re booking with us. As to immunizations, please check with a travel medicine specialist or local
health department for specific recommendations and/or requirements.

BEHAVIOR TO KEEP

All participants in the Wildlife Photography Tour are expected to maintain the highest standards of respect and consideration for both fellow photographers, travelers, and wildlife. Disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful behavior will not be tolerated. This includes inappropriate conduct during photography sessions, interactions with guides, or disregard for the needs and privacy of other participants.
Participants must also respect wildlife at all times, ensuring that their actions do not disturb or endanger the animals. This includes adhering to all safety guidelines provided by the tour guides, maintaining a respectful distance from wildlife, and refraining from any actions that could harm or disturb their natural habitats.

In the event of disruptive behavior—towards either the group or wildlife—the participant will receive a formal warning. Should the behavior continue after a second warning, the participant will be excluded from the tour immediately, without any right to a refund or compensation.
